Kaye Ford opened her own law office Marietta, Georgia in 2007,
and in 2009 opened a second office in Knoxville, Tennessee after
practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’
rights, title litigation and real estate matters, construction
law, and probate matters.
Ms. Ford is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee
and currently offers legal consultation and representation in
the following areas of law:

Probate -- Conservatorship and
Administrator Services -- Real Property
Ms. Ford offers collection services to creditors utilizing a
wide-range of collection practices from the initial demand and
collection, to mediation, to filing suit and to post-judgment
collection. She represents many clients in mediations, both
voluntary and court-ordered.
The practice includes consultations for and preparation of
simple wills and estates and representation in Probate Court.
She will assist families and individuals in administering
estates and will act as an administrator of estates or as a
conservator.
She advises in various areas of real estate,
including assisting borrowers in loan modifications and
workouts, assisting homeowners in a short sale of their home or
rental property, and in probate matters relating to real
estate. Ms. Ford also assists sellers and buyers of real
property to negotiate settlements of prior liens so that the
buyer can obtain title
free of prior encumbrances.
She represents clients before the IRS to achieve an offer and
compromise of their tax liabilities and in removal of tax liens
against their property.
Ms. Ford provides personal service to clients and works to
resolve business and personal legal matters. She understands
the stresses that legal and financial pressures place on
creditors, as well as borrowers, homeowners, family, and
friends.
